Bilitreat Home Phototherapy provides home phototherapy lamp rental services for newborn jaundice treatment, including delivery, setup, and collection.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed once the customer approves it via WhatsApp or other official channels.
  • Equipment availability depends on stock at the time of booking.

3. Delivery & Collection

We deliver to Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and selected expansion areas as stated on our website. Delivery fees may vary by location.

4. Use of Equipment

Customers agree to:

  • Use equipment safely and responsibly
  • Monitor the baby at all times during phototherapy
  • Ensure equipment is returned in good condition
  • Follow all instructions provided by our team

5. Payment Terms

  • Rental fees follow the agreed daily or package rates.
  • Payment is required before or upon delivery, unless otherwise stated.

6. Liability

Bilitreat Home Phototherapy is not responsible for:

  • Health complications related to jaundice
  • Injuries or incidents resulting from improper equipment use
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances

7. Cancellation Policy

Once equipment has been delivered, bookings cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.
